WIGAN coach Shaun Wane is preparing to roll out his big-guns for Sunday’s friendly against Leigh at the Sports Village.
New signings Taulima Tautain and Larne Patrick, as well his England representatives, may also figure.
And Wane is confident his recruits will help add a new dimension to the Warriors attack in 2015.
He said: “They’re very dynamic, they can both play, and they’ll fit into the way we’re going.
“We scored more points than anyone else last year, so we’re happy with the way we play. But we’re trying to add layers on to what we did.”
Centre Dan Sarginson has been ruled out following an off-season groin operation – he should be fit for the start of the new campaign on February 5 – and Iain Thornley is sidelined.
Prop Lee Mossop and utility Sam Powell are recovering from surgery but Wane is confident they will figure in at least one friendly.
Leigh will be without last year’s Kingstone Press Championship Player of the Year Martyn Ridyard while Martin Aspinwall is waiting for the results of a scan on a knee injury.
But new signings Fuifui Moimoi, Ben Reynolds and Greg Worthington are all expected to feature for Paul Rowley’s side.
