Leigh Cricket Club is looking forward to the new season at Beech Walk.

Other age groups include the U9 boys, U11s, two teams at U13 and a team at U15.
Fixtures will be released shortly and loaded on the website www.leighcc.org and www.leighlancs.play-cricket.com
Junior training is on a Friday evenings 6pm to 7.30pm with the first one being on Good Friday, April 6. With over 15 qualified coaches and up to 80 kids expected on Friday nights it is sure to be a successful and fun place to be again in 2012. All juniors are welcome back down to the club along with any kids who haven’t been before aged six to 15.
The hard working support team will also be around on Friday nights to ensure that the kids’ appetites can be satisfied with a burger or a hot dog after training. For the parents and guardians on a Friday night, the bar will be open from 6pm to indulge in at the end of a hard working week.
Not only is the field looking an absolute picture thanks to the hard work of our groundsmen, but thanks to Viridor Credits, the new £60,000 practice facility is now available and will be formally opened shortly.
Head Coach Steve Bailey said “We are indebted to the support of our sponsors at Leigh Cricket Club without which the magnificent practice and match facilities simply would not be available. “.
During the summer, there will be the usual events taking place - please keep your eye on the website and notices around the club.
