Grapple fans will get the chance to see a long-awaited score settled when two top wrestlers clash in an eagerly awaited contest.

Leigh fighter Joey Hayes will take on his Welsh nemesis Dylan Roberts in the headlining bout at Bad Blood, the latest show organised in Hindley by Grand Pro Wrestling.

The match was set to take place at The Rose Club last year but had to be postponed after Hayes became injured and wrestling fans are sure to pack out the Hindley venue for the main event on Friday.

The card also includes a four-way fight with the winner guaranteed a place in a championship match that night, with both the British and heavyweight belt holders in the venue to see who the winner chooses to face.

Local wrestler Jack Gallagher, a graduate of the famous Snake Pit Gym, will feature in a six-man tag team encounter which also features Hindley fighter Martin Kirby, while Ashton Smith and Craig Kollins meet in the deciding chapter of their three-bout series.

Bad Blood, organised by Grand Pro Wrestling, takes place at The Rose Club in Hindley on Friday. Doors open at 7pm with the show starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £8 or £28 for a family ticket, available now by ringing the box office hotline on 07703 312146 or visiting

Tickets will also be available on the door.
