Leigh coach Paul Rowley says his side have “got their mojo back” following yesterday’s win over Featherstone Rovers to reach the Tetley’s Challenge Cup quarter finals.
Centurions have now won 11 games in a row and on Sunday meet Featherstone again, this time in the Championship.
“We have got a lot more in us,” said the Leigh coach. “I was happy that we won a really tough encounter against Featherstone but I believe we have between 25 and 30 per cent improvement left to come.
“The things I can’t coach are commitment, spirit and heart. We had those qualities in abundance as well as the will to win.
“We have got the confidence back to play in a certain way. We got our mojo back against Swinton and it showed again against Featherstone. It’s fantastic for us to be in the last eight of the Challenge Cup. We are still living the dream.”
The draw for the quarter finals of the Tetley’s Challenge Cup takes place at 6.30pm on the BBC News channel.
