LEIGH have confirmed their final friendly of the preseason.

Paul Rowley’s side will meet Keighley at Leigh Sports Village on Sunday, February 1 2015 at Leigh Sports Village (3pm).

This will be the Centurions’ third friendly fixture as they prepare for their eagerly awaited Kingstone Press Championship opener against Bradford Bulls on Sunday February 15 2015 (3pm).

They will play Wigan Warriors in the ‘Battle of the Borough’ as part of the Paul Prescott Testimonial on Sunday January 18 2015 (3pm) at LSV.

The following Sunday January 25 they entertain North Wales Crusaders at LSV (3pm) and on February 8 face Oldham at the LSV.

Leigh Centurions head of rugby Derek Beaumont said: “I am pleased to have filled our calendar with four friendlies to give our boys much needed game-time. This fixture with Keighley is a prime date in terms of preparation for Bradford and I am sure Paul Rowley will start to see where he is heading by this point in terms of the team he wants to field.”
