ANOTHER Leigh post office looks set to close, but the business could reopen in a nearby store.

A Post Office spokesperson said: “Our priority is to safeguard Post Office services to the local community in the longer term. The relocation of Blackmoor Post Office will allows us to maintain access to Post Office services in the area and to significantly improve existing facilities.
“Customers would benefit from extended opening hours, to include lunchtimes and Wednesday afternoons as well as parking facilities outside the premises.”
During the public consultation Post Office Ltd welcomes feedback and the consultation period closes on March 22.
