Tony John Warburton (33): Diamond Street, Leigh - Harassment of Jenna McKenna: Community order for 12 months with rehabilitation activity requirement, pay £100 compensation, pay costs of £320 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Damien Rigby (32): Cornwall Drive, Hindley - Burglary at the Moon Under Water pub in Wigan, stealing cash of value unknown, assaulted two police officers in the execution of their duty: Jailed for four months as deliberate attack on public servants carrying out their duty, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

Adam James Cain (32): Lune Road, Platt Bridge - At Atherton, sent a WhatsApp message to Emma Robinson while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order, assaulted Emma Robinson by beating her: 12-month community order with curfew requirement for six weeks, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

John Marshall (25): Beechwood Crescent, Tyldesley - Drug driving on Railway Road, Leigh, with amphetamine and cannabis and cocaine derivatives in the blood above the specified limit, possession of amphetamine and cannabis: Jailed for four months, suspended for 18 months, disqualified from driving for three years, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115, pay costs of £200 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
