Family-run clinic open for business

A NEW family run sports injury and therapy clinic has opened in Leigh.

Husband and wife team Austin and Majorie Clare, together with Austin’s son, Adam, have opened Complemed Therapy on Princess Street.

Austin, 53, is a physical therapist with over six years experience of treating professional sports men and women. The former body builder is joined by his wife Majorie, 49, who is trained in hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy.

Austin’s son Adam, 24, completes the family trio, also trained in sports massage.

Austin, who is trained in Neuro-Muscular Massage, Sports Injuries, Clinical Reflexology, Scenar Electric Therapy and Ultrasound Therapy, said: “It’s a big adventure for us as a family, and we are looking forward to working together.”
