A man with connections to the borough is wanted by police in connection with an assault on a woman.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police (GMP) want to speak to Raymond Constanteen Tucker, who was last known to be staying in Lowton, as part of an investigation into the incident in Manchester.
He knows he is wanted by GMP and is actively avoiding arrest.
Officers are investigating after a woman was punched several times in Moston on July 10.
Tucker, 37, has links to Lowton and also to Blackpool and Moston.
Officers have searched a number of addresses linked to him but are yet to find him.
Anyone who recognises him, or believes they have seen him, should call police on 101.
