Two crashes and a vehicle fire on the M62 have led to long delays for motorists this morning (Tuesday).
Lanes two and three were closed a mile before junction 11 with travel time around one-and-a-half hours through that section heading westbound towards Warrington, resulting in a seven-mile tailback.
One of the lanes was repoened around 8.45am.
At around 8am, a vehicle fire was reported close to junction 10 at Croft, closing one lane.
The vehicle fire has now been dealt with and the road is fully open.
