BURGLARY victims in Lowton and Golborne are being urged to contact police if they recognise any jewellery in this Aladdin’s cave photograph.
During September and October several house-break-ins took place in the Lowton and Golborne area.
Necklaces, rings and a medal were stolen as well as other items, including a Stuart Surridge snooker cue, a brown Moshino man’s watch and pink GHD hair straighteners.
The items were discovered at an address in Golborne.
Now police are circulating images in the hope the remaining jewellery will be returned to its rightful owners.
PC Sophie Roberts of Wigan Police said: “I would ask anyone who may have had jewellery stolen in the Lowton and Golborne area to take a good look at the images and if they recognise them, they should contact us as soon as possible.
“I am also keen to hear from people who may have fallen victim to this type of crime and had other property taken as it may have been recovered.”
If anyone does recognise the jewellery, they are urged to phone police on 0161 856 7249.
Craig Lister, 30, of Gleneagles Road, Liverpool, and Ashley Makin, 20, of Rivington Avenue, Golborne have both been charged with burglary and remanded in custody by magistrates pending their next court appearance.
A 31-year-old man, 29-year-old man and 21-year-old woman have also since been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary.
They have been bailed pending further inquiries.
