A FUGITIVE criminal from Leigh has been named as one of Greater Manchester Police’s most wanted men.
Neil Thomas Watts is wanted for breach of bail after being released early from a four-year jail sentence for committing arson with intent to endanger life. The 42-year-old was locked up in November 2009 for setting fire to his former partner’s car in Mosley Common.
Det Chief Insp Dean Fraser, of GMP, said: “I urge you to take a look at this picture and, if you have seen this man or has any information that can help us find him, please contact us.”
Watts features in a rogues’ gallery of wanted crooks issued by the police this week.
