In the bout at the GPW-organised ‘Battlefield’ show at the Monaco Ballroom in Hindley tomorrow (Friday, May 6) the person with the most falls after 30 minutes has passed will be crowned the British Champion.

Jack Gallagher, a dangerous and exciting grappler is one of two wrestlers taking on crowd favourite and reigning British champion Zack Diamond in the Iron Man match, the other is Mikey Whiplash who has appeared in the WWE.

Zack, recognised as one of the countries brightest hopes, will be flying the English flag across the pond in America in July as he joins up with WWE trainers and wrestlers to aid him in his next level of training.

Zack said: “My focus is solely on keeping the British Title round my waist. It’s a dream of mine to be able to go over to America still the recognised British Champion.”

Other matches include - the main event of Bubblegum v El Ligero, a No Holds Barred match between tag champions Paradise Lost and challengers Ricky J McKenzie and Sam Bailey, not to mention Dangerous Damon Leigh v 25 stone Cyanide and more!
