More personal bests for A&T

LAST Wednesday evening A&T competed in the fifth race of this years CLGP at the Three Sisters 5k.

Alex Foster was again first to cross the finish line for A&T clocking 17.34 and 10th overall. Simon Ford closely followed him in with 17.49 and 14th position.

Mark Riches had another good race to pick up the second V50 prize with his time of 18.13. Mike Reason had an outstanding run for a PB with 18.31 and taking 25th.

Another outstanding performer, Dale Kenyon, dipped under the 20 minute mark for the first time clocking 19.40. Josie Maley was A&T’s first lady home with 20.30 and 6th overall. Carole Baines had a good race to claim a PB with 21.33 and 10th position. Brenda Wane took the second FV50 prize with 26.02.

The A&T mens team took 4th position with the ladies team taking 2nd on the evening.
