Four face charges after Leigh’s explosive clash with Bradford

FOUR players have been charged with striking offences during Sunday’s Kingstone Press Championship game between Leigh and Bradford.

Two from each club are facing charges. Danny Williams of Bradford has been charged with Grade C repeated punching in the 20th minute; Leigh’s Adam Higson has been charged with Grade C punching in the 20th minute; Tommy Goulden of Leigh has been charged with Grade C running in and punching in the 20th minute; and Harry Siejka of Bradford has been charged with Grade C reckless striking in the 27th minute.

The players were charged after the incidents were considered by the RFL Match Review Panel earlier today. All four have until 11.00am on Tuesday, February 24 to submit Early Guilty Pleas.
