Jamie Stuart Ratchford (28): Thursby House, Norley Hall – Stole four coffee jars to the value of £27, belonging to Cooperative Stores. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment: Committed to prison for 56 days, £80 victim surcharge.

Dale Evans (19): Victoria Road, Platt Bridge – Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Having entered as a trespasser at a flat on Swinley Lane, Wigan, stole a mobile phone to the value of £25: Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Julie Anne Atkinson (44): Neville Street, Platt Bridge – Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, who was registered at Byrchall High School, failed to ensure they attended regularly at that school: Fined £60, £20 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Siobhan Cahir (29): Ribble Drive, Norley Hall – Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, who was registered at St Cuthbert’s RC Primary School, failed to ensure they attended regularly at that school: 12-month community order with Unpaid Work Requirement for 80 hours, £60 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Stephen Edward Howard (46): Shakespeare Grove, Wigan – Failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence: Fined £320, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

Maureen Jackson (57): Ormskirk Road, Up Holland - While in charge of a motor vehicle, left it on part of the railway in a manner that could cause an obstruction: £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 costs.

George Windsor (25): Hawthorn Avenue, Wigan – Dropped a cigarette end and left it outside Greggs, Market Place, Wigan: Fined £110, £20 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Robert Lee Garry (22): No fixed address – Without reasonable excuse, attended a property on Helvellyn Road, Wigan, which they were prohibited from doing by a restraining order, stole alcohol to the value of £100 belonging to the Co-op store. Committed to prison for eight months.

Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Stole Fairy Liquid tablets, to the value of £9.98, belonging to Home Bargains. Stole Yankee candles, to the value of £26, belonging to Asda: Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, £200 compensation.
