Peter Pudney (61): Argyle Street, Hindley – Drove on Algernon Street without due care and attention, failed to stop at scene of an accident. Jamie Stuart Ratchford (27): No fixed address – Stole 15 bars of various makes of chocolate, to the value of £10, belonging to Pemberton Service station.
