A LEIGH man has won a good neighbour award.
John Grundy from Quayside in Leigh won £25 in Tesco vouchers and a framed certificate after being nominated for the award by his neighbour Margaret Shaw.
John, 37, has been a tenant of Adactus for 12 years.
And he was presented with his award by Mike Murphy, Regional Manager for Adactus.
Mike said: “John is an active tenant representative and well known to many of the staff at Adactus.
“His nomination for this award shows that he is also seen by the community in which he lives as someone who can be relied upon to help out a neighbour when the need arises.”
