Adam Gladwin (32): Queensway, Higher Folds, Leigh - At Wigan, assaulted Emma Parr by beating her: Community order for 12 months with rehabilitation requirement and unpaid work requirement for 50 hours within the next 12 months, restraining order imposed not to contact Emma Parr or enter the boundaries of an address at Coronation Drive, Higher Folds, Leigh, pay £40 compensation, pay surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Jason David Gilman (24): Milton Street, Leigh - Drink driving in a Vauxhall Astra at Wigan Road with 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, with the legal limit being 35 microgrammes, drove on Wigan Road without insurance: Fined £120, pay surcharge to fund victim services of £30, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service, disqualified from holding a driving licence for three years.

Stefan O’Sullivan (22): Little Pasture, Leigh - Entered as a trespasser at a property on Osborne Grove with intent to steal, took a Saab Estate vehicle without consent and before it was recovered it was driven dangerously on Queensway, Leigh: Indicated plea of guilty to both offences and committed to Bolton Crown Court for sentencing on March 27.

Gavin David Roberts (39): Bank Street, Golborne: Had an article, namely a large set of snip pliers, for use in the course of a theft, possession of a Stanley knife without good reason or lawful authority - Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

Michael David Ashurst (32): Leigh Road, Leigh - At Tyldesley, without reasonable excuse, communicated with Natasha Powell, while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order: 12-month community order with 10-week curfew, restraining order not to contact Natasha Powell or enter Kent Road, Tyldesley, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £350 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Zoe Dewitt (35): Wigan Road, Atherton - Being the parent of a child at St Mary’s Catholic High School, failed to ensure they attended regularly: 12-month community order with rehabilitation requirement and 40 hours of unpaid work, pay costs of £100.

Andrea Irene Dawber (37): No fixed address - Stole boots, perfume and alcohol from the Asda at Leigh, stole toys from the B&M Bargains in Leigh, and other shoplifting offences, failed to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order given for shoplifting: Jailed for 36 weeks.

Kevin Thomas Clark (26): Douglas Street, Hindley - Without reasonable excuse, sent a social media message to Kimberley Norcross while prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order: Fined £200, pay surcharge to fund victim services of £30, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
