Jason Kenneth Pasquill (40): Wigan Road, Atherton - Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order given for trespass of the Salvation Army Hall in George Street, possession of a broken pair of scissors, caused a police officer harassment, alarm or distress: Jailed for 12 weeks as struggled to resist arrest while drunk and holding the broken scissors, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

Jamie Roe (27): Beech Street, Golborne: Without lawful excuse, damaged a vehicle window and panels to the value of £1,000 belonging to Leona Williams: Jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, as the damage was in a domestic violence context, rehabilitation activity requirement, restraining order not to enter Fir Tree Walk, Fir Tree Avenue or Edgerton Walk, Lowton, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

Nelu Banait (37): Langdale Street, Leigh - Dropped a cigarette butt and left it in Lord Street: Fined £80, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30, pay costs of £100.

Lindsey Robinson (33): Barnsley Street, Gidlow - Possession of cocaine, being drunk in a public place, namely Canbera Road, Marsh Green, while having the charge of a child under the age of seven: 12-month community order with alcohol treatment programme and six-week curfew, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
