Steven Andrew Stout (31): Car Bank Crescent, Atherton - Failed without reasonable excuse to attend Atherton Probation Office after a release from prison, assaulted Barry Winnow and Amy Flood: Jailed for 16 weeks as original offence involved threats with a knife in a domestic context, restraining order no to contact Amy Flood or Barry Winnow.

Zac Lewis Brady (20): Bromley Avenue, Lowton - Assaulted Chelsea Jones by beating, assaulted Angela Splaine by beating: 12-month community order with 160 hours of unpaid work requirement, restraining order not to contact the assault victims or enter Desmond Street, Atherton, pay £1,000 compensation,pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85.

Rachel Anne Ashcroft (26): Stout Street, Leigh - Breach of the peace in Leigh: Bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months.

Sarah Taylor (27): Kermishaw Nook, Astley - Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order: Jailed for six weeks.
