Peter Carl Hall (45): Chisworth Close, Leigh - Entered as a trespasser at Leigh Spinners, Park Lane, and stole bolt croppers and sunglasses to the value of £150, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order: Jailed for four weeks.

Andrew Roland Roberts (38): Westmorland Road, Tyldesley - Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order, failed to ensure his two children attended regularly at St Mary’s Catholic High School: Jailed for 10 weeks.

Dale Stuard Stanley (22): Glebe Street, Leigh - Contacted Kate Hoofe while prohibited from doing so by a restraining order, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour, assaulted Kay Hoofe, stole £40 belonging to Kay Hoofe: Jailed for 22 weeks, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

Anthony Brown (50): Bond Street, Leigh - Made an indecent photograph of a child: Jailed for 16 weeks as they had already received a sentence for possession of photos, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £115.

David Carl Causer (43): Car Bank Crescent, Atherton - Without lawful authority had possession of an assault knife in Car Bank Street: 12-month community order with 100 hours of unpaid work requirement, pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85, pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
